This month is also the month of the Quran. As the Holy Book, the Quran revealed this month on the night of Qadr. Night of Qadr is also called Laila tul Qadr. Allah جَلَّ جَلَالَهٌ mention in Quran that this night is better than a thousand months. Therefore among many blessings in Janna, there is a door specify for these people called Ar-Rayyan.

Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him also mention that Allah directs special mercy toward humanity. Allah جَلَّ جَلَالَهٌ grants this month countless blessings. Fast is abstaining from eating or drinking something, also staying away from all things which do not allow for the whole day. So it starts at daybreak. It finishes at sunset. Faster does,t only leaving food and drink. More quickly also must keep away from prohibitions which Allah جَلَّ جَلَالَهٌ and Prophet Muhammad SAW told.

Sayings of Prophet Muhammad SAW:

Who will not leave forged speech and evil actions, Allah does not need his leaving his meal and drink (i.e., Allah will not accept his fasting.)

(Al-Bukhari)

From the saying of Prophet SAW, it is clear that fasting is not only to remain hungry. It’s also to stay away from all evil deeds. He also said that a person having fast must be more careful. Abstain of eating and drinking is never enough if your tongue or physical activities are not righteous. In more instruction, Prophet Muhammad also guides us the manners. He gives us instructions that if anyone is having fast. And being abused, he must ignore. And say I,m fasting. I, ll not return your abuses. Here offender may himself be embarrassed and may stop abusing also.

ALLAH Almighty says:

Allah جَلَّ جَلَالَهٌ refrains us to stay away from the evil and forged speech. As Allah said in the Quran:

O you who have believed! Decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous.

Quran ( 2;183)

Here Allah جَلَّ جَلَالَهٌ emphasis on fasting. So we need to be on the right path, which is the real path of success. Fasting is essential. One can’t leave fast without any authentic issue or situation. Fasting makes a person clean and clear from all evil deeds and sins. It also returns him towards Allah جَلَّ جَلَالَهٌ if he properly has it. Fear and Love of Allah جَلَّ جَلَالَهٌ raise in his heart also. He then tries his best to obey the decreed of Allah. Hence he remains in preparation for the day of judgment.

May Allah جَلَّ جَلَالَهٌ grant us to fulfill his order. Give us the power to resist evil. Thus empower us to stand firm on the right path. And help in accepting our fasting. Guide us the way those of his pious people. Also, it enables us to help others. Ameen.
